• If your personal details change (phone number, email), you must update your profile right away.

2.2 Identity Verification

222d may request official documents from any member for identity verification when required. If the requested documents are not submitted within the specified time, the account may be temporarily suspended. This process is necessary for the protection of members.

By registering, you confirm that you are at least 21 years of age. If required, a valid identity document (National ID card, passport, or birth registration certificate) may need to be submitted as proof of age. If found to be a minor, the account will be closed immediately and any deposited funds may be forfeited.

Each bonus comes with a wagering requirement. The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times the bonus amount.

• Example: If you receive a ৳1,500 bonus, you must wager ৳1,500 × 15 = ৳22,500 before the bonus can be withdrawn.
• Wagering is calculated on the bonus portion only, not on the deposit portion.
• The original deposit portion may be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met.
• Cancelling the bonus will also release you from the obligation to meet the wagering requirement.

5.3 Bonus Restrictions

Using bonus funds for money laundering or placing artificial bets is strictly prohibited. 222d reserves the right to investigate any suspicious bonus activity and to cancel bonuses if necessary.

6.1 General Gaming Rules

• The outcome of every game is determined entirely by a Random Number Generator (RNG).
• If a technical fault occurs in any game, the round in question may be considered void.

• If the internet connection is lost, most games will resume from the last recorded state.

6.2 Sports Betting Rules

• Winnings are paid out only after the betting result has been confirmed.

• Violation of any clause of these terms and conditions.

• Suspicious financial transactions are detected.
• Long-term inactive accounts (subject to prior notice).
• At the member's own request to close the account.

222d makes every effort to provide uninterrupted service on the platform. However, 222d will not be held liable in the following cases:

• Service disruption due to internet connection failure.
• Technical issues caused by third parties (payment gateways, game providers).
• Loss caused by problems with the member's own device or network.
• Unforeseen natural disasters or force majeure situations.
